In the fall of 2022, Nina Kazazian shifted her practice to Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration. Ms. Kazazian is a Certified Mediator and completed a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) in International Arbitration (alternative dispute resolution). She is available for appointment as an Arbitrator or mediator for legal fee disputes, employment matters, and commercial disputes. Ms. Kazazian has volunteered as an Arbitrator of attorney legal fee disputes for the Colorado Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. She has also volunteered as a Mediator for cases pending in the Small Claims Court in Eagle County.

During her 30 years of private practice, Ms. Kazazian focused on employment discrimination, wrongful termination, employment policies, and employee benefits litigation. She represented management and individual clients in actions pending in the state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Kazazian successfully litigated and tried countless cases to a judge and jury in the Colorado and New York state and federal courts. Ms. Kazazian drew on her trial experience to provide sound advice and counsel to clients in a variety of industries in all aspects of the employment relationship, including Human Resources policies, hiring and termination practices, diversity training, discrimination issues, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. Ms. Kazazian is admitted to the state and federal courts of New York and to the bar of the District of Columbia (inactive). She received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, her Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University with honors, and her Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree in European Economic Law (focus on Competition Law) from Stockholm University. Before founding the firm, Ms. Kazazian was associated with McKenna & Cuneo LLP in Denver, Colorado, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP in New York City.
